My husband and I purchased a car from here about a year ago and the prices are affordable which seems to be the only up side.

I've bout a few cars from country auto an I have always had a positive out come just purchased a 2010 mitsubishi love it always pleasant to deal with

Bought several cars here. They have always given above and beyond to make your experience a good one. I have sent Several friends and family to purchase a car. No complaints from any of us.

I have tried on three different occasions to deal with this guy his prices are too high and he is extremely rude and obnoxious I would not buy a vehicle from this dealer if I was desperate

From the moment we went to purchase it there was a misunderstanding on the agreement and how much we needed down on the car and the value of the trade in. So we didn't have enough money on us at the time. So the owner starts getting completely angry and switches out the plates saying " you know how this works and you should have came with more money" so we left completely able to purchase the car but to angry to get the money and come back. So silly us, we come back and purchase the car anyways because we liked it. Within thirty days the check engine light comes on and needs a new cat converter which is not cheap. And continues having problems, which these cars are not sold with any warranty what so ever. So then one week before our due payment recently we receive a phone call at 9am and didn't answer. By the time we woke up we had been notified by my husbands family member that we didn't pay our last months bill? She had gone in to pay hers and the owner said he couldn't get ahold of us and let her know. I find that completely unprofessional to tell other customers about our car bill. So we proceed to call back a couple hours later and said that we find that ridiculous and they simply say " we tried to contact you". ONE TIME THIS MORNING. We are completely 100% able to pay our payments on the spot it just happened to slip our mind because it isn't automatic billing. And I cannot believe a business owner would try to get ahold of anyone other than someone legally responsible for the ownership of the car. I will say them answering the phone has gotten better from a hello (so I have no idea who or what business this is) to a "county auto". Highly disappointed with this company's attitude and ethics. No confidentiality or privacy. From now on I'd like to make my payment, fix my car every month because it doesn't ever seem to be done getting fixed and pay this car off ASAP before my great aunt sally gets a phone call.
